Whether you have already worked with us in the past and benefited from our design work, recently hired us for an “Expert Eye” Strategy Session and learned to trust our expertise and skills, or you like what you see and read on our website and ready to hire us for your new home interiors project with one of our services (listed below), to get started working together, each of our services start with a 2-HOUR “Intake” Strategy Session.

This session is focused on the space you need designed, and it’s your time to tell us all your dreams and goals! Once we meet you (or see you again if we’ve worked together previously), see the room (or the plans) to be designed and decorated, discuss your project requirements, your budget, your likes and dislikes, and look through your inspiration images, then together we’ll determine which of the Lisa Jensen Interior Design services will best fit your requirements. Also, after evaluating your particular needs we will provide you with a flat rate for the service, based on your unique project (our clients LOVE that there are never unknown hourly fees that can rack up and blindside them).

Once we’ve gathered your input for the space, we’ll begin taking detailed photographs and careful measurements of the room and any furnishings you’d like to keep, or start reviewing any plans. While we do this focused work, you will use the time to read through our contract to understand our process, timeline, and the details of everything you will receive with your design service so there are no surprises, and you’ll feel protected. At the end of the session, we’ll collect the signed contract, payment, and we’ll have everything we need to return to our design studio and begin our “design challenge” to create something from nothing, bringing all your dreams and important details into the development of a stunning NEW timeless room design that will bring you joy to look at, to enjoy by yourself, or share it with friends and family for years to come!
